What kind of material do you use ?
316L Surgical Stainless Steel
Solid titanium、 Tungsten Carbide、Brass、Zinc alloy 、 Lead-Tin alloy、925 silver etc.
What kind of plating do you use?
We only use IP plating for Steel and Titanium jewelry, since IP plating can be last more than one year, the plating color can be gold、black、rainbow、blue ect.
For brass or alloy jewelry, always plated with real Rhodium

Do you make custom designs ?
Yes,custom designs are welcome,you may provide us the images or drawings with size details and other necessary information, we will study and quote to you within one week, also if having live samples ,it will be much easier

In case of receiving shortages or faulty jewelry, please notify us within 30 days from delivery date. We provide free repair or exchange service for merchandise with manufacturers defects . No service will be provided to merchandise damaged by negligence.
